Non-Standardized Food Allergenic Extract [EPC]
INDICATIONS Stimulates digestion and absorption. Clinical selection for Pepsin should follow culture results where relevant, Kenya STG/EML recommendations, and the current product SmPC. Class context: Non-Standardized Food Allergenic Extract [EPC]. Confirm site-specific dose, duration and monitoring before prescribing.
SUGGESTED DOSAGE One dropper under tongue two times daily. Acute symptoms ½ dropper under tongue every 30 minutes for two hours.
Adverse reactions vary by agent. Counsel on common predictable effects and serious warning symptoms (allergy, severe rash, jaundice, unusual bleeding, severe GI symptoms, neurological changes). Report suspected ADRs via national pharmacovigilance channels.
