Corticosteroid [EPC], Standardized Chemical Allergen [EPC]
Uses ICHYBUM is a medicated cream used to help relieve the symptoms of pruritis ani and other afflictions involving chronic itching around the anus Clinical selection for Clioquinol / Gentamicin sulfate / Tolnaftate/ Betamethasone valerate / should follow culture results where relevant, Kenya STG/EML recommendations, and the current product SmPC. Class context: Corticosteroid [EPC], Standardized Chemical Allergen [EPC]. Confirm site-specific dose, duration and monitoring before prescribing.
DIRECTIONS Apply a small amount once or twice daily, preferable after showering and or bowel movements and at night before sleep
Local irritation e.g burning sensation and itching, erythema rare, dryness of the skin, aggravation of concurrent untreated infections, thinning of the skin (this may be reversible), loss of skin elasticity, folliculitis, change in skin pigmentation, telangiectasia, purpura and steroid acne, increased growth of hair, severe pituitary-adrenal axis suppression and hypercotism, cushoid state, growth retardation, benign intra-cranial hypertension.
Store as labelled. Keep out of reach of children.
