Warnings
GIT diseases; live attenuated vaccines; complete blood count performed as follows - weekly during the 1st month, twice monthly for the 2nd and the 3rd month of treatment, then monthly through the 1st yr
Possible side effects
Adverse reactions vary by agent. Counsel on common predictable effects and serious warning symptoms (allergy, severe rash, jaundice, unusual bleeding, severe GI symptoms, neurological changes). Report suspected ADRs via national pharmacovigilance channels.
