Search reviewed medicines

GET /api/v1/medicines?q=amoxicillin&per_page=20

`per_page` is capped at 50. Results use the same reviewed-only identity and search policies as the public catalogue.

Medicine detail

GET /api/v1/medicines/123

The response includes the reviewed medicine, approved brands, current price observations when present, strengths/forms and a trust summary.

Limits and provenance

Each key has explicit scopes and a per-minute quota. `429` responses include `Retry-After`. External label or literature evidence retains its jurisdiction and does not prove Kenyan registration. Do not use API output as a substitute for professional judgment.
