What it is used for
Therapeutic use is agent- and indication-specific within the class (Therapeutic agent (verify pharmacological class)). Use according to culture results, national guidelines (Kenya STG/EML where applicable) and the current product SmPC. Uses temporarily relieves itching
Warnings
Warnings For external use only. When using this product avoid contact with the eyes. Stop use and ask a doctor if condition worsens, or if symptoms persists for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days. Do not apply over large areas of the body. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
Possible side effects
Adverse reactions vary by agent. Counsel on common predictable effects and serious warning symptoms (allergy, severe rash, jaundice, unusual bleeding, severe GI symptoms, neurological changes). Report suspected ADRs via national pharmacovigilance channels.
