Warnings

Use lowest effective dose/shortest duration. Long-term: hypomagnesaemia, B12 deficiency, increased GI infection risk, fracture signal, fundic polyps. Masking of malignancy — investigate alarm features.

Possible side effects

[From component Domperidone] Raised prolactin concentrations hence likelihood of having gynaecomastia and galactorrhoea; reduced libido; hypersensitivity reactions; hyper- tensive crisis with phaeochromocytoma.
