Contraindications
- Children below 12yrs.
- Allergy to any component of the formulation.
- Use on fingers, toes, the tip of nose, ears, and penis since the product contains adrenaline.

Adjustment of the dose should be dictated by the response of the patient. The dose is based on lignocaine. Surgical procedures where infiltration is required: up to 150mg of lignocaine (or 15mL of 1% solution). Postoperative pain, fractured ribs and surgical procedure where Intercostals block is required: up to 150mg (normal range 20-50mg (2-5mL max. 15mL of 1% solution). Instrumental delivery: Pudendal field block with 100mg (or 10mL of 1% solution). To inject slowly (at a rate of 100-200 mg/min).

Review renal impairment dosing; many agents need CrCl/eGFR adjustment.
- CrCl 0–120: Confirm renal dosing in product SmPC / primary label.
